On Wednesday, March 25, Jersey Mike’s Subs will transform its 3,200+ locations into massive fundraising hubs for the 16th Annual Day of Giving. In a bold philanthropic move, the fast-casual sub chain will donate 100 percent of all sales—not just profits—to the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games and the local state programs attending the event.
The company expects to raise over $30 million in a single day.
The Day of Giving serves as the grand finale of Jersey Mike’s “Month of Giving” campaign, which has been running throughout March. Every dollar spent on March 25—whether on a sub, a bag of chips, a drink, or a large catering order—will go directly toward helping more than 3,000 athletes travel to and compete in the 2026 USA Games, held this June in Minnesota’s Twin Cities.
“The 2026 Special Olympics USA Games celebrate courage, inclusion, and the incredible spirit of more than 3,000 athletes,” Charlie Morrison, CEO of Jersey Mike’s said. “We invite everyone to join us on March 25.”
To handle the anticipated surge in demand, Jersey Mike’s franchise owners nationwide are “staffing up” and prepping extra ingredients. From fresh-baked bread to sliced-to-order meats and cheeses, the shops are bracing for record-breaking crowds.
How to Participate:
- In-Store: Visit any of the 3,200+ locations nationwide.
- Mobile App: Place an order for pickup through the Jersey Mike’s app.
- Delivery: Order via third-party delivery partners; these sales are also included in the 100% donation pledge.
Since the “Month of Giving” initiative began in 2011, Jersey Mike’s has raised more than $143 million for local charities. The 2026 goal seeks to shatter previous records, reinforcing the brand’s mission of social impact.
