Fertility care and assisted reproduction service provider IVI RMA North America, based in Basking Ridge, named two senior physicians as Clinic Partners in recognition of their outstanding contributions to clinical leadership.
Drs. Angela Leung and Emily Osman of Reproductive Medicine Associates (RMA) New Jersey are now partners in the New Jersey practice as part of an existing IVI RMA North America physician initiative that rewards top physicians and drives a culture of ownership and high performance throughout the company.
Dr. Thomas Molinaro, chief medical officer of IVI RMA North America, said in a release that these doctors reflect the incredible expertise and depth of the company’s network and have demonstrated superior leadership.
These physicians join more than 20 existing clinic partners across IVI RMA North America and mark the first appointments of 2026.
Angela Leung: Based at RMA New Jersey in Basking Ridge, Leung is a double-board-certified reproductive endocrinologist who cares for patients at all stages of their reproductive journey, with a special interest in fertility preservation. Outside her clinical work, Leung has authored several studies on egg freezing outcomes and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College.
Emily Osman: Based at RMA New Jersey in South Jersey, with clinical hours in Marlton and Princeton, Dr. Osman is a double board-certified OB/GYN and reproductive endocrinologist and serves as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences, at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She has led several pre-clinical and clinical research trials and has published numerous papers on translational applications of reproductive medicine as well as optimization of embryology laboratory outcomes.
