The transaction highlights the appeal of “Billionaire’s Row,” a market known for its affluent demographics and strategic proximity to New York City. Senior Vice President Tom Scatuorchio managed the exclusive marketing of the property on behalf of the seller, while Sara Shin of Christie’s International Real Estate Group procured the undisclosed buyer.
