The state-of-the-art facility at 21 Christopher Way serves as the operational hub for teams managing properties across a massive geographic footprint, stretching from New England through South Carolina. The reopening marks a significant investment in the company’s New Jersey roots and its commitment to localized service delivery.
The reimagined space was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 9, attended by company executives, associates and industry partners. Designed with a focus on flexibility and associate well-being, the office features several modern amenities aimed at boosting productivity and teamwork:
- Collaboration Zones: Dedicated huddle rooms and a boardroom for strategic planning.
- The Clubhouse: A multi-use space designed for large-scale team interactions.
- Associate Wellness: Unique additions such as a sleeping pod for rest and “Lounge 21” for informal connection.
