World Insurance Associates LLC (“World”), the Iselin-headquartered brokerage currently ranked as a Top 50 firm in the nation, has officially announced the acquisition of New York-based C&A Insurance Agency.
The deal, which was finalized on December 31, 2025, strategically positions the New Jersey firm to deepen its footprint within the diverse immigrant communities of the New York and New Jersey metropolitan areas.
Founded in 1985 by immigrants, C&A Insurance Agency has carved out a specialized niche by focusing on cultural awareness and multilingual support. Under the leadership of President Robert Luong, the agency has become a cornerstone provider for:
- The Chinese community
- The Cambodian community
- The Vietnamese community
By integrating C&A’s expertise, World Insurance aims to bridge the communication gap often found in complex insurance transactions, offering clarity and trust to clients who navigate the industry in multiple languages.
“Our agency was built on a deep understanding of diverse cultures and communities,” Luong said. “We are excited to continue to serve our clients as part of World by combining industry knowledge with cultural awareness.”
For Iselin-based World Insurance, the acquisition is the latest move in an aggressive growth strategy designed to capture specific market demographics within the Tri-State area.
“I’d like to extend a warm welcome to Robert and C&A Insurance Agency,” Rich Eknoian, CEO and co-founder of World said. “This acquisition will provide World with the ability to continue growing within the Chinese, Cambodian, and Vietnamese communities in New York City. I look forward to C&A’s continued success.”
