Deborah Specialty Physicians announced that Dr. Nandini Madan, a board-certified pediatric cardiologist, has joined the practice. Madan will see patients at two key New Jersey locations: Deborah Specialty Physicians at Lawrenceville and Deborah Specialty Physicians at Mt. Laurel.
Madan brings specialized expertise in electrophysiology, offering a comprehensive suite of services including pediatric cardiology evaluations, screenings, and the diagnosis and management of chronic heart conditions.
Madan’s arrival strengthens the practice’s ability to treat both congenital heart conditions and acquired heart problems in children. Her dual expertise in general cardiology and electrophysiology allows for highly specialized care in managing heart rhythm disorders in pediatric patients.
“I am so looking forward to working with pediatric patients at two Deborah Specialty Physicians locations,” Madan said. “While it’s difficult for parents and children to face potential heart issues, my colleagues and I bring special expertise in diagnosing and treating both congenital conditions and acquired heart problems.”
Madan is board-certified in general pediatrics and cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics. Her extensive clinical background includes:
- Attending Physician: Served at St. Christopher’s Pediatric Associates since 2003.
- Specialized Training: Completed a fellowship in clinical electrophysiology at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and a cardiology fellowship at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children.
- Residency: Served as Chief Resident at the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
