New Jersey-based developer and property manager Walters captured major industry recognition at the 2026 Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) annual FAME Awards ceremony. The firm brought home a total of 10 prestigious awards celebrating individual staff excellence and high performance within its portfolio of income-restricted residential communities.
The annual FAME (Fabulous Achievement in Marketing Excellence) awards recognize regional building professionals and developers for outstanding sales, marketing, architectural design, and operational achievements over the past year.
The biggest winner of the night was Cornerstone at Hainesport, a newly completed 73-unit premium income-restricted community located along Creek Road in Burlington County. Designed to cater to families earning at or below 60% of the area’s median income, the development swept multiple core building categories, culminating in the evening’s most coveted title:

- Best Sales Office
- Best Signage
- Best Logo Design
Additionally, Walters’ second featured income-restricted development, the 70-unit Cornerstone at Lacey III in Ocean County, secured an award for Best On-Site Event in celebration of its recent grand opening festivities.
