Spencer Savings Bank, one of New Jersey’s premier community banks, has announced the appointment of Andrew Davila as the new Financial Center Manager of its Lyndhurst branch located at 230 Ridge Road.
In his new leadership role, Davila will assume responsibility for overseeing daily branch operations, accelerating local business growth, and fostering deep community relationships throughout Bergen County. He will also lead the Lyndhurst branch team in delivering the bank’s signature customer service.
Davila joins Spencer Savings Bank with nearly 15 years of experience in business development and retail banking operations. Prior to this appointment, he held multiple leadership roles at various national and regional financial institutions, specializing in operational management, small business advocacy, and customer relationship building.
