Manasquan Bank has officially launched its commitment to the next generation of academic leaders, announcing the 10 recipients of its inaugural Continuing Education Scholarship Program.
The program, which aims to support students pursuing full-time studies at accredited colleges, universities, and vocational schools, drew an overwhelming response from the community. According to the bank, more than 340 applications were submitted by residents across the bank’s service area in Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties.
The bank honored the 10 winners at a special awards breakfast, bringing together the students, their families, and bank leadership. Recipients were selected based on a holistic review of their academic aspirations, personal accomplishments, and demonstrated commitment to making a positive impact on their respective communities.
“The incredible response to our inaugural scholarship program demonstrates the value our communities place on education and personal growth,” Katie Meyers, SVP, client experience officer at Manasquan Bank said. “Selecting 10 recipients from more than 340 outstanding applicants was no easy task. We are honored to support these individuals as they pursue their educational and professional goals and look forward to seeing the impact they will make in our communities.”
