Basking Ridge-based IVI RMA North America announced plans to deploy the country’s first automated IVF laboratory for clinical use in 2027.
It is partnering with Conceivable Life Sciences to bring Conceivable’s AURA™ platform into clinical use to support embryologists, applying robotics, AI, advanced optics, and machine vision to key IVF lab processes.
This will help to standardize delicate lab steps that are currently performed manually. The platform will advance precision and consistency, set new quality standards for reproducible care, and improve patient outcomes.
Deployment of AURA will begin at an initial IVI RMA US location in 2027, with expansion planned across IVI RMA’s network in Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.
These organizations are at the forefront of reproductive medicine, according to a release.
The collaboration reflects a shared belief that the future of reproductive medicine lies at the intersection of human expertise and technological innovation, the release further states.
“This new partnership with Conceivable Life Sciences demonstrates IVI RMA’s belief that the responsible adoption of emerging technologies can help expand access, improve consistency, and unlock new possibilities for patients seeking to grow and build their families,” Lynn Mason, CEO of IVI RMA North America, said.
“By supporting technologies designed to standardize and optimize key steps in the IVF journey, IVI RMA is advancing solutions that have the potential to reduce variability, enhance quality control, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.”
