Golf enthusiasts and entertainment seekers in South Jersey have a new go-to destination. TruGolf Links officially celebrated the grand opening of its first-ever flagship franchise location this week, bringing an upscale indoor golf and social experience to the Plaza at Cherry Hill.
Spanning 6,045 square feet, the new venue blends high-tech sports simulation with an elevated hospitality experience. Located adjacent to the Cherry Hill Mall, the facility features five premium golf simulator bays, including the signature Horizon system outfitted with a massive 17-foot screen, stadium seating, and an elevated platform. Players can choose from a digital library of more than 17,000 virtual courses worldwide, complete with local favorites like Pennsauken, Rancocas and Medford Lake.
“It’s been more than a year in the making, and I couldn’t be more excited to open our doors,” owner and franchisee Nick Reimondo said. “Whether you’re looking for family fun in our multisport arcade, a memorable date night, corporate events, or group golf… we’re the place to go.”
Developed by Nasdaq-listed technology and manufacturing company TruGolf, the Cherry Hill site serves as the premier blueprint for the brand’s national franchise rollout. In addition to the simulation tech, the destination houses an upscale restaurant, a full-service bar offering handcrafted cocktails and curated wines, and a multisport arcade.
“He has created a beautiful facility that showcases our industry-leading simulator technology alongside an outstanding food and beverage experience,” Nate Larsen, president of TruGolf Links, said. “There is truly nothing else like it in the market today.”
To mark the milestone, TruGolf Links has announced a packed lineup of celebratory public events:
- Aug. 4 (1:00 PM): Official ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring Cherry Hill Mayor Dave Fleisher.
- Aug. 7 (11:00 AM): Formal Grand Opening Celebration featuring corporate leaders, guests, and a mobile club-fitting van from official partner PXG (on-site Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM).
- Aug. 8 (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM): SOJO 104.9 DJ Matt Ryan broadcasts live, hosting a “Closest to the Pin” contest where winners will score tickets to an Ed Sheeran concert.
Visitors throughout the opening weekend can also take advantage of promotional giveaways, food and beverage specials, and introductory simulator rates.
