Ocean Casino Resort has announced a major investment in its luxury gaming amenities, committing $14 million to completely transform and expand its high-limit slot destination, The Cove.
Slated to debut in early 2027, the project is a direct response to soaring guest demand for high-end slot configurations and will significantly increase the resort’s overall slot capacity.
Located adjacent to the resort’s Asian Table Games area, the newly redesigned Cove will expand by roughly 60 percent, growing to a sprawling 11,935 square feet.
The updated space will house more than 192 state-of-the-art slot machines sourced from top-tier gaming manufacturers like Aristocrat, Light & Wonder, and IGT. The lineup will blend established player-favorite reels with newer titles, progressive formats, and video poker options.
“This transformation of The Cove is another significant investment in the future of Ocean Casino Resort and the experiences we deliver to our guests,” Ocean Casino Resort General Manager Bill Callahan, said. “We’ve expanded the space while elevating every aspect of the environment, from the design and gaming offerings to the service and amenities…”
Drawing aesthetic cues from the natural movement of the Atlantic Ocean just beyond the Boardwalk, The Cove’s new interior merges the high-energy excitement of a casino floor with the privacy and comfort of an upscale private lounge.
Architectural elements incorporate fluid, wave-inspired details paired with a warm, sophisticated palette of soft neutrals, light oak wood tones, luminous marble, brushed gold, and layered ocean blues.
Beyond aesthetics, the reimagined footprint introduces a suite of VIP amenities designed to streamline the player experience, including:
- Dedicated cashier booths and private restrooms.
- Comfortable, high-end lounge and sitting areas.
- Specialized, attentive cocktail service featuring an enhanced beverage menu brought directly to guests while they play.
The transformation of The Cove builds upon a series of ongoing enhancements at Ocean Casino Resort. The property already features an expansive 135,000-square-foot casino floor, a recently doubled 8,000-square-foot Asian gaming space, and high-limit table options alongside The Loft—a private, 2,000-square-foot luxury gaming suite perched 44 stories above the Boardwalk with sweeping ocean views.
