Food lovers in Morris County will soon have a fresh destination for scratch-made American cuisine. Burtons Grill & Bar has officially announced that its very first New Jersey location will open on Oct. 20 at 4 p.m.
Situated at District 15Fifteen (1525 Route 10), the expansive 7,400-square-foot restaurant is designed to seat 243 guests. The venue features a 30-seat bar, a private dining room with AV capabilities for up to 46 guests, and a 64-seat outdoor patio complete with lounge seating, overhead heaters, and ceiling fans.
Giving back to the community
To mark its grand opening in the Garden State, Burtons is partnering with the Interfaith Food Pantry Network. In addition to a direct corporate contribution, the restaurant will donate 15% of its opening-day proceeds to support the organization’s mission of providing food, nutrition education, and resources to Morris County residents in need.
Reservations for the opening day fundraiser and subsequent dining are now open.
Scratch-made menus and allergy safety
Burtons brings a reputation for culinary quality and rigorous food safety protocols to Parsippany. Key highlights of the new location’s offerings include:

- Brunch & Happy Hour: Weekend brunch will be served Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Weekday Happy Hour (Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.) features specialty drinks and $9 bar bites, alongside “Wine Wednesday” half-priced wine specials.
- Family-Friendly Options: Families can utilize the
{B} Choosy Kids Menutailored for children 12-and-under, offering a customizable main, drink, and three sides for $8.95.
