The New Jersey Lottery has announced an upcoming partnership with global rock icon and New Jersey native Jon Bon Jovi, featuring the statewide launch of themed Scratch-Off tickets this October.
Set to hit retail shelves on Oct. 5, the $5 Jersey Legend: Jon Bon Jovi Scratch-Offs celebrate the artist’s deep-rooted connection to the Garden State. Players 18 and older will have the chance to win cash prizes of up to $200,000, with official ticket designs scheduled to be revealed next month.
The collaboration brings together two iconic New Jersey mainstays to celebrate community pride, with additional activities and events honoring Bon Jovi’s decades-long music career slated to be announced in the coming months.
“Jon Bon Jovi is synonymous with New Jersey, and we’re excited to celebrate our shared sense of Jersey pride with players across the state through these Scratch-Offs,” said Jim Carey, Executive Director of the New Jersey Lottery. “Celebrating an artist whose music, career, and connection to our state have resonated with so many is especially meaningful.”

Since its inception in 1970, the New Jersey Lottery has contributed nearly $35.7 billion to the state. Lottery profits currently support vital programs, including bolstering the public employee pension system under a 30-year agreement established in 2017.
