Mercer Street Friends has announced the addition of Tiknika Nollie and Ramiz Thomas to its Senior Leadership Team. The Mercer County nonprofit, which operates as the Feeding America Food Bank of the region, aims to bolster its organizational infrastructure and food distribution programs with these strategic hires.
Nollie steps into the role of Talent and Strategic Initiatives Director, bringing extensive human resources experience from her previous tenure as Senior Manager of Human Resources and Administration for the Trenton Health Team. Holding an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Strayer University, Nollie will focus on strengthening internal systems, employee engagement, and strategic growth.
Thomas assumes the position of Food Bank Operations Director. A lifelong Mercer County resident and graduate of Trenton Central High School, Thomas brings a strong background in production management, warehousing, and logistics from his time at Central Aluminum Supply in Trenton. Deeply embedded in the local community, he also serves as a mentor at the Trenton Area YMCA and has previously contributed to the board of the Word to the World Community Development Center. In his new role, Thomas will oversee food distribution operations to address the rising demand for assistance across the county.
