Real estate investment firm The Irgang Group announced a series of major leasing milestones across its national portfolio, highlighted by a significant expansion for Inspira Health at Union Lake Crossing in Millville.
Inspira Health is nearly doubling its footprint at the Southern New Jersey power center by amending its existing 9,127-square-foot lease to incorporate an adjoining space previously occupied by Party City. The health care provider will open a new 10,000-square-foot physical therapy practice this fall, expanding upon the primary care practice it originally established at the center in late 2024.
Alongside Inspira’s expansion, Rainbow Shops and Dave’s Hot Chicken have signed leases for the final two remaining vacancies at Union Lake Crossing, taking over spaces formerly occupied by Cato Fashions and Moe’s Southwest Grill, respectively. Both are slated to open late this year or in the first quarter of 2027.
With these recent transactions, the 393,000-square-foot Union Lake Crossing center is now 100% leased. The property is anchored by Shop-Rite and Kohl’s/Sephora, and shadow-anchored by Target, alongside a diverse mix of sub-anchors including Old Navy, Ross Dress For Less, and PetSmart.
