A Cushman & Wakefield capital markets and brokerage team—comprising Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, André Balthazard, and Dan Bottiglieri—represented both the seller, 10th St Realty, LLC, and the buyer, PanRaj Holding, LLC, in the transaction.
