Westfield Garden State Plaza unveils six new retail and dining additions for Fall 2026

Westfield Garden State Plaza is expanding its retail and entertainment lineup this fall, introducing six new national brands and popular regional concepts to Bergen County’s premier shopping destination.

The upcoming openings span apparel, artisan dining, immersive entertainment, and lifestyle concepts, bringing the shopping center’s total count of new store additions to more than 15 in 2026.

The new arrivals, all situated on the center’s Level 2, feature a mix of national digital-native brands and celebrated New Jersey establishments:

  • MINISO (Opened Oct. 3): The global Asian lifestyle brand features affordable products, playful characters, and daily essentials. Located near E.A.K. Ramen.
  • ThirdLove® (Opening Late October): The female-founded intimates and body-positive apparel brand offers bras, activewear, sleepwear, and personalized fitting services. Located near Neiman Marcus.
  • Liv Breads (Opening Early November): Marking the second location for the acclaimed Millburn-based artisan bakery and coffee bar, the concept specializes in slow-fermentation sourdoughs, laminated pastries, and seasonal sandwiches. Located near Kura Sushi.
  • Escapology (Opening Mid-November): An immersive, private escape room venue featuring cinematic designs, puzzle-solving challenges, and seasonal holiday-themed adventures. Located near AMC Theatres.
  • Paul Fredrick (Opening Late November): The American menswear brand offers classic tailoring, custom-fit button-downs, and refined apparel. Located near H&M.
  • Levi’s (Opening Early December): The full-service retail store brings the iconic denim brand’s complete line of classic American casual wear to the center. Located near Macy’s.

“There’s a real energy at Westfield Garden State Plaza right now, and these new openings add even more reasons for people to visit,” said Sue Newsom, Vice President of Shopping Center Management at Westfield Garden State Plaza. “By the end of this fall, we’ll have welcomed more than 15 new stores in 2026, including nationally recognized brands and standout New Jersey businesses. That mix is what makes GSP special, and we’re excited to carry this momentum into 2027.”

The fall roster joins several high-profile concepts that recently opened their doors at Garden State Plaza earlier this year, including Gen-Z fashion retailer Edikted, Asian beauty and lifestyle curator DIGISO, and New Jersey’s first Blue Bottle Coffee outpost.
