Woodmont Properties announced the appointment of Jacob Rosen as Vice President of Acquisitions for Woodmont Industrial Partners, the firm’s dedicated industrial real estate platform.
In his new role, Rosen will spearhead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic acquisition opportunities to support the continued expansion of Woodmont’s industrial footprint across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and South Florida. He will oversee the complete transaction lifecycle—from sourcing and financial underwriting to due diligence, structuring, and investment presentation—while collaborating with internal teams to optimize asset performance.
“Jacob brings a strong combination of industrial investment experience, financial expertise and transaction execution capabilities that will be invaluable as we continue to grow our platform,” Anthony Amadeo, executive vice president of Woodmont Industrial Partners said. “His disciplined, analytical approach aligns with how Woodmont evaluates opportunities and creates long-term value. We are pleased to welcome him to the team as we expand our portfolio across key logistics markets.”
Rosen brings a robust background in commercial real estate acquisitions and investment analysis, boasting more than $300 million in completed industrial transactions across the Eastern United States.
Prior to joining Woodmont, Rosen led acquisition efforts at CrestBay, a private investment firm specializing in infill industrial properties, where he managed the sourcing, underwriting, and negotiation of new investments. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Analyst with Bridge Logistics Properties—the industrial investment platform of Bridge Investment Group—contributing to acquisition and development opportunities representing more than $500 million in total investment volume. He began his career in JLL’s New York Consulting and Advisory Group, advising clients on over 4 million square feet of leasing transactions.
Rosen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Washington and Lee University.
“Woodmont has the development expertise and the capital to take on the complicated deals: functionally obsolete buildings, challenged sites and redevelopment plays that other buyers pass on,” Rosen said. “That’s where I see the most value in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Florida, and I’m excited to help grow the pipeline.”
Continued portfolio growth
Woodmont Industrial Partners’ current portfolio encompasses more than 6.4 million square feet of completed, under-construction, and planned industrial projects across its target regional markets.
The firm continues to advance its platform through high-profile milestones, including:

- A 96,000-square-foot lease at a newly completed Class A warehouse in South Amboy.
- The launch of an office-to-industrial conversion project on a 30.6-acre site in Franklin Township.
