Wonder, the innovative food company founded by entrepreneur Marc Lore, is set to join the retail lineup at Print House, a major mixed-use development in Hackensack. NAI James E. Hanson announced that it has negotiated a 4,347-square-foot lease for Wonder at the property located at 150 River Street. Wonder’s new location is expected to begin taking orders in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The lease brings the retail portion of the Print House community to 95% leased, a significant milestone for developers Russo Development and The Hampshire Companies. Wonder’s new Hackensack location is part of its growing presence in the tri-state area, which already includes dozens of storefronts.
According to Michael Walters of NAI James E. Hanson, Wonder’s commitment to the project “reflects the strength of Russo Development’s and The Hampshire Companies’ vision in Hackensack.” The team has also secured other prominent tenants at Print House, including Hackensack Meridian Health, Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, Blue Foundry Bank, and Lidl.
Adam Pasternack, President of Property Management at Russo Development, stated that the goal for Print House was to create a “vibrant riverfront neighborhood” with curated retail, luxury apartments, and community-focused amenities.
