The Community Foundation of South Jersey (CFSJ) is expanding its leadership with the addition of three new members to its Governing Board: James Andreacci, Jane Kerr, and Jessica González Martínez. The new members bring a wealth of experience and a shared passion for regional philanthropy and community development.
According to Executive Director Andy Fraizer, the new appointments will strengthen the board’s ability to serve the region.
“With impressive professional experience and passion for community development and philanthropy, they are fantastic additions to the board of directors,” he stated.
Andreacci, currently the Southern New Jersey Market President of Ocean First Bank, has over two decades of experience in the financial sector. He has previously held leadership roles at Truist and PNC Bank. A dedicated South Jersey resident, Andreacci is involved in numerous local organizations and believes in the CFSJ’s potential for regional impact by “inspiring generosity with families and businesses.”
Kerr, an executive director and senior fiduciary officer at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, brings her expertise in personal trust management and assisting high-net-worth families with multi-generational needs. With a career that began in 1997, Kerr sees her board service as a way to use her professional experience to positively impact the community, viewing CFSJ as a vital “civic infrastructure to connect family legacy with community impact.”
González Martínez joins the board with over a decade of experience in community development and economic growth. Her background includes working with grassroots organizations and government entities, leading grantmaking initiatives, and focusing on providing resources to historically under-represented communities. With deep roots in Cumberland and Atlantic Counties, she is committed to ensuring that local initiatives “empower residents to thrive and build generational wealth.”
The addition of these three professionals underscores the Community Foundation of South Jersey’s commitment to strengthening its leadership and expanding its efforts in regional philanthropy and social impact.
