Aucta Pharmaceuticals a technology-driven pharmaceutical company, is celebrating the grand opening of its new corporate headquarters at 170 Mt. Airy Road in Basking Ridge. The company, which specializes in branded specialty products, recently acquired the 52,000-square-foot office space for $4.6 million, a deal that Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services facilitated.
The acquisition represents a major step in Aucta’s growth and its deeper investment in the Bernards Township area. Peter Wisniewski, executive vice president at Kislak, highlighted the significance of the move. “Kislak is proud to represent Aucta Pharmaceuticals and honored to continue supporting their growth and commitment to the Bernards Township community,” he said.
This transaction is the second successful deal Kislak has completed on behalf of Aucta, underscoring a strong partnership between the two companies. According to Sara Soliman, an associate at Kislak, the new headquarters is a key milestone for Aucta as it expands its operations in the region.
To commemorate the occasion, Aucta Pharmaceuticals and Kislak are hosting a grand opening ceremony on Sept. 22, at 2:00 PM at the new headquarters. Following the ceremony, a celebratory BBQ dinner will be held from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Local officials, including council members and congressional representatives, have been invited to join the festivities.
