Rose Commercial Real Estate successfully negotiated a complex, two-part transaction on behalf of the Kingsway Learning Center (KLC), a prominent South Jersey educational facility for adults with special needs. The deal, led by Director of Business Development Jeff Lucas, included the sale of KLC’s former property in Moorestown for $3.2 million and the simultaneous securing of a long-term lease for its new home in Marlton.
The first part of the transaction involved the sale of KLC’s 33,000-square-foot educational center located at 244 Route 38 in Moorestown. The property, which spans four acres of prime redevelopment land, was sold to another educational training center. The sale was finalized on Aug. 19, 2025, for a total of $3.2 million. The seamless transition was a key component of the deal, as KLC will remain in its Moorestown location until early 2026 while its new space is retrofitted.
Simultaneously, Jeff Lucas and Rose Commercial Real Estate secured a new, 20,000-square-foot home for KLC at 6000 Lincoln Drive in Marlton. The free-standing building is located on heavily trafficked Route 73, offering prominent signage and easy access for both students and staff. Its proximity to major highways, including I-295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, will provide enhanced convenience for the center’s community.
