Garden Communities has added a dental practice and an ice cream shop to the retail lineup at its luxury mixed-use development, Legacy Place. The new tenants will provide convenient services and amenities for the community’s residents and the surrounding East Brunswick area.
The new leases, arranged by Nancy Finkelstein of Garden Commercial, include Legacy Endodontics, a new dental practice, and Marley and Harley’s Creamery and Confections, a new business venture started by two local residents.
These new businesses join other recently opened tenants at Legacy Place, including Bonesse’s Tomato Apizza, an Italian restaurant, H2O Nail & Wax Studio, and a Kumon math and reading enrichment program.
Legacy Place is a 25-acre community with 520 luxury rental apartments and townhomes. With more than 90% of the residences leased, the development is well on its way to completion. A sister building, Two Legacy Place, is currently under construction and will offer an additional 9,000 square feet of retail space.
The community is designed to provide a resort-style living experience with amenities like a clubhouse, a heated swimming pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Located in a sought-after township with excellent schools and access to major highways, Legacy Place is becoming a key destination for both residents and local businesses.
