Branchburg-based Larken Associates officially opened its doors for tours at Trailside Village, its massive new 420-unit luxury residential community. While located just across the Delaware River in Forks Township, the project marks a significant expansion for the New Jersey-headquartered firm, which is a staple of the Garden State’s development landscape.
The announcement, made on April 20, sets the stage for the first wave of move-ins scheduled for May 1.
Trailside Village brings the signature “Larken Living” brand—familiar to residents of New Jersey towns like Branchburg, Bordentown, and Readington—to the burgeoning Lehigh Valley corridor. The community features a mix of one- and two-bedroom garage and garden apartments designed with the high-end craftsmanship that has earned the firm multiple awards from the New Jersey Builders Association.

In addition to the 420 residences, the project includes 25,000 square feet of on-site commercial space, designated for retail, office, and medical use. This mixed-use approach mirrors Larken’s successful New Jersey projects, such as the Hillsborough Village Center, creating a self-contained ecosystem for residents.
The opening of Trailside Village comes on the heels of a record-breaking year for the Branchburg firm. In 2025, Larken Associates completed over 1 million square feet of commercial leasing activity across its New Jersey and Pennsylvania portfolios.
