Cushman & Wakefield facilitates $7.8M sale of Columbia Medical Center in Florham Park

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of Columbia Medical Center, a 19,620-square-foot medical office building located at 128 Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park. The final sale price was $7,800,000.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, André Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller/developer of the building, The Silverman Group, and procured the buyer, Adoni Property Group, in the transaction.

“The sale of Columbia Medical Center underscores the strength of the Florham Park market and the demand for stable, income-producing medical office assets,” Sobel said. “With its excellent demographics and strategic location, this property offered a compelling investment opportunity with minimal risk due to its fully leased status and NNN lease structures.”

Columbia Medical Center is a Class A medical office building totaling 19,620 square feet on a 2.37-acre site with direct frontage on Columbia Turnpike. The building is 100% leased to four tenants, including Kiddie Academy, Atlantic Health, The Center for Dermatology and Zeifman Orthodontics.

Located in the thriving Florham Park neighborhood, Columbia Medical Center benefits from its proximity to major highways such as Route 10, Route 24, I-287 and I-78, providing easy access to the surrounding areas.
