Five New Jersey companies were named on Great Place to Work’s 2025 list of Fortune Best Workplaces for Women.
To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of nearly 605,000 women who work for Great Place To Work Certified™ companies that were eligible for the list. To be considered, a company must employ at least 50 women, have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women, and at least one female C-suite executive.
The five New Jersey companies:
- No. 10 Insmed (Bridgewater)
- No. 39 Crum & Forster (Morristown)
- No. 61 Hackensack Meridian Health (Edison)
- No. 93 Atlantic Health System (Morristown)
- No. 100 Burlington Stores (Burlington)
The Best Workplaces for Women list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for women regardless of job role, race, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.
Hackensack Meridian Health CEO Robert Garrett praised the work that went into their recognition.
“It is an honor to be recognized by Fortune and Great Place to Work as one of the Best Workplaces for Women,” he said. “This award reflects the strength of Hackensack Meridian Health’s culture and the extraordinary contributions of women across our network who help us deliver high-quality care to the communities we serve.”
