The adjacent single-story properties, located at 1 & 3 Eves Drive in Burlington County are 100% occupied. Colliers is listing the asset through an online auction platform, Ten-X.com, with bidding scheduled for Dec. 15th-17th.
The Marlton property offers investors a cash-flowing opportunity bolstered by the resilience of small-suite tenancy and rising demand from the health care sector. The campus features 13 existing tenants with an average suite size of roughly 2,600-square-foot.
