Big SNOW American Dream, North America’s only year-round indoor ski and snowboard center, is blending winter sports fun with community impact by launching a coat drive in partnership with One Warm Coat.
From Dec. 13 to the 21st, guests who donate a new or gently worn coat will receive a voucher for 50% off a 2-Hour Slope Access Ticket for a future visit. This initiative provides a tangible way for guests to help neighbors stay warm during one of the coldest months of the year.
“Winter sports bring people together, and this drive gives our guests a meaningful way to share warmth both on and off the slopes,” Amiana Tyransky, resort marketing manager at Big SNOW American Dream said. “We hope it inspires our community to come together and make a real difference for families in need.”
The donated coats will be collected on-site by Big SNOW’s team and delivered to One Warm Coat, which specializes in distributing free, warm outerwear locally to children and adults facing the winter without adequate clothing. One Warm Coat also works to promote volunteerism and environmental sustainability by encouraging the donation of gently used items.
Big SNOW American Dream, operated by New Jersey-based SNOW Partners, provides year-round snow on its climate-controlled, 180,000-square-foot slope. The facility offers four acres of real snow, making it a popular destination for all ages and skill levels.
Guests wishing to participate can easily drop their new, unused, or gently worn coat into designated bins stationed at Big SNOW’s entrance during the weeklong drive. The 50% off ticket voucher can be redeemed online for a return visit on a date of the guest’s choosing.
