Vantage Commercial has announced the successful placement of three new Gouldsburger’s restaurants across South Jersey, a major expansion that brings the popular “elevated fast-casual” brand to nine total locations.
The newly secured sites—located in Sicklerville, Marlton and Glassboro—mark a rapid growth phase for the brand, which specializes in high-quality burgers and cheesesteaks.
The Vantage Commercial team, led by Emily Stein (Managing Director), Ken Richardson (Vice President), Vince Ceroli (Senior Broker), and Neil Kakumanu (Sales Associate), represented both the landlords and the tenant in most of the deals.
The three new locations include:

Sicklerville: A ±1,400 SF inline retail space at 681 Cross Keys Road within the Cross Keys Center.

Marlton: A ±1,600 SF space at 27 N. Maple Avenue in the Allison Shopping Center (the former site of Bombay Express).

Glassboro: A ±950 SF site at 111 High Street, strategically positioned within the high-traffic Rowan University retail corridor.
Founded by chefs David Murray and Walter Gouldsbury, Gouldsburger’s has built a loyal following by focusing on premium ingredients and “from-scratch” preparation. The brand is known for unique health-conscious choices, such as frying exclusively in 100% olive oil and offering house-made buns.

The Glassboro location is particularly notable for its proximity to Rowan University, where the brand expects to tap into the active student and faculty population. According to Vantage Commercial, additional locations are already in the planning stages as the brand continues its rapid ascent in the tri-state area.
