JAG Physical Therapy, one of the fastest-growing comprehensive physical and occupational therapy practices in the Northeast, has achieved an industry-first milestone with the opening of its newest multispecialty clinic in Hackettstown.
The new facility, located at 150 Mountain Ave, Unit 1, officially marks JAG Physical Therapy as the first physical therapy provider to establish locations in all 21 counties of New Jersey. This opening expands the company’s network to over 170 locations across the region.
The Hackettstown facility is JAG Physical Therapy’s inaugural location in Warren County, home to over 112,000 residents. The expansion builds on the company’s mission to provide accessible, expert rehabilitative care across the entire state.
John Gallucci Jr., president and CEO of JAG Physical Therapy, celebrated the landmark achievement.
“Reaching all 21 New Jersey counties is a testament to our team’s dedication to expanding access to exceptional care. We’re proud to be the first physical therapy providers to offer services throughout the entirety of this great state,” Gallucci said. “We look forward to serving the Hackettstown community and continuing to help patients throughout the state to get back to the life they love!”
The Hackettstown facility is supervised by Clinical Director Chris Jacquet. Jacquet, who began his JAG Physical Therapy career in 2010, brings extensive expertise in specialized treatments, including mechanical diagnosis and therapy, instrumented soft tissue mobilization, and cupping for various musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
“I’m honored to bring JAG Physical Therapy’s state-leading care to Hackettstown and to be part of this exciting milestone,” Jacquet said. “Our team partners with patients through a hands-on approach to customize treatment plans for each individual’s injury recovery or pain management needs. We’re eager to make a positive impact on the Warren County community.”
Patients seeking care can directly access treatment without a physician’s referral for up to 30 days before one is required to continue services. Appointments can be requested online or by calling the new Hackettstown facility.
