JAG Physical Therapy marks historic 21-county coverage with Hackettstown ribbon cutting

Amidst a gathering of local leaders and health care advocates, JAG Physical Therapy hosted a celebratory ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new Hackettstown facility, marking a historic achievement: the firm is now the first physical therapy provider to operate in all 21 New Jersey counties.

The event, held at 150 Mountain Ave, Unit 1, served as both a grand opening for the Warren County clinic and a victory lap for the Bridgewater-based company, which has rapidly expanded to over 170 locations across the Northeast.

The ceremony was headlined by Hackettstown Mayor Jerry DiMaio, who formally welcomed the practice to the neighborhood. DiMaio emphasized the critical role such facilities play in local infrastructure, noting that the town is eager to provide the support needed for the clinic to thrive.

“This is a great thing for the town to have a physical therapy facility that helps our community and the surrounding areas,” he said. “We’re happy to have you here and wish you the best of luck.”

Laurie Rapisardi, executive director of the Hackettstown Business Improvement District, also shared her enthusiasm, expressing a desire to see JAG become an “active part of our community” as it anchors the local Mountain Avenue business corridor.

The Hackettstown clinic is designed to be a multispecialty hub, providing advanced rehabilitative care without the need for a physician’s referral for the first 30 days of treatment.

Specialized services debuted at the ceremony:

  • Sports Medicine: Tailored recovery for local high school athletes and recreational enthusiasts.

  • Women’s Health: Specialized care addressing pelvic health and pregnancy-related musculoskeletal issues.

  • Occupational Therapy: Helping residents regain independence in daily living and workplace tasks.

  • Orthopedic Rehab: Advanced treatments for post-surgical recovery and chronic pain management.

For JAG Physical Therapy, the Hackettstown opening is more than just another storefront—it is the final piece of a statewide accessibility mission. Craig Soriano, regional clinical director, and Chris Jacquet, Hackettstown clinical director, both highlighted the “in-network” status of the clinic, which removes financial barriers for local residents seeking state-of-the-art care.

“Reaching all 21 New Jersey counties is a testament to our team’s dedication to expanding access to exceptional care,” John Gallucci Jr., president and CEO of JAG Physical Therapy said. “We look forward to serving the residents of this town and giving back in meaningful ways.”
