Sportsman’s Plaza, a 9,720–square–foot retail strip center in Flemington was sold for $2,250,000, according to a Wednesday announcement from Kislak Commercial.
The parties were not disclosed.
Kislak marketed the Hunterdon County property on behalf of the seller with commercial sales and leasing associate Sara Soliman handling the assignment, and she also procured the purchaser.
“This was an off–market transaction that resulted from a long–standing relationship initially fostered by our colleague Peter Wisniewski. Our team worked closely with the
landlord for many years leasing his properties and advising him on a variety of real estate matters,” Soliman said.
Located at 174 Route 31, the well–maintained 9,720–square–foot strip center with parking on 1.24 acres, sits adjacent to BJ’s Wholesale Club and directly across from Hunterdon Medical Center. The property is in a highly visible location on Route 31, north of Flemington Circle and the Raritan Town Center with quick and easy access to Routes 202, 12, 22, 28, I-78 & I-287.
Additionally, the asset features a strong mix of tenants providing essential neighborhood services, including food, beauty, and dining options. All leases are pure triple net, with solid tenants. Utilities, including gas and electric, are independently metered for each tenant.
