Levin Management Corp. on Tuesday said it appointed Nisha Patel as its new chief operating officer (COO). In this key leadership role, Patel will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations and driving continued growth across its expanding 16 million-square-foot portfolio.
Patel brings nearly two decades of strategic and operational real estate expertise to LMC. She most recently served as the head of asset management and dispositions at Essential Properties Realty Trust, where she managed a vast $6 billion retail portfolio. Her accomplishments there include leading operational strategy, executing over 100 property dispositions, and maintaining a portfolio vacancy rate under 1 percent.
In her new capacity, Patel will focus on enhancing operational processes, supporting and driving new business initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of “best in class service” across all business lines. She will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team on implementing new technology solutions, strengthening internal collaboration, and positioning the company for scalable growth.

Patel is a graduate of Rutgers University and currently serves on the advisory board for Montclair State University’s Real Estate Program. Her appointment is viewed as a crucial addition to LMC’s executive team as the company pursues its long-term business objectives.
