Jersey City’s biggest real estate summit is on June 4

More than 1,250 expected for 11th annual Jersey City Summit for Real Estate, Economic Development & Innovation at Harborside

A thousand-plus people. A dozen panels. Four fireside chats. A governor. A mayor. And
just about every major player in Jersey City real estate in one room.

The Jersey City Summit for Real Estate, Economic Development & Innovation returns
for its 11th year on June 4, at Harborside 1 in Jersey City (150 Hudson St.)

More than 1,250 attendees are expected for a full day of panels, fireside chats and
receptions running from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The event draws developers, investors,
government officials and industry leaders from across the region.

There will be four key chats:

  • Gov. Mikie Sherrill will deliver video remarks at 11:30 a.m.
  • Jersey City Mayor James Solomon headlines a fireside chat at 4:30 p.m.,
    moderated by Bernell Hall, president and CEO of New Jersey Community
    Capital.
  • The NJCU and Saint Peter’s University presidents — Andrés Acebo and Hubert
    Benitez — share a fireside chat at 2:05 p.m., moderated by NJBIZ writer Matthew
    Fazelpoor.
  • And the day’s marquee fireside features David Barry, founder and CEO of Urby,
    and Michael Barry, president and CEO of Ironstate Properties, in conversation at
    10:20 a.m.

— investors, owners, and developers — is $469. Advisors and service providers pay
$519. Non-profits, government, and students register for $290.85.
