Seniors at the Brick Senior Center recently enjoyed an afternoon exploring the United Kingdom, touring centuries-old castles, towns, and landscapes across England, Scotland, and North Wales—all without leaving Ocean County.
The interactive cultural excursion was brought to the center by the Life Enrichment team at Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center utilizing Rendever’s virtual reality platform. The immersive travel experience was complemented by themed music, trivia, and lunch.

“The seniors at the Brick Senior Center loved the interactive ‘travel’ experience,” said Beth Ganley, regional director of community relations at Marquis Health Consulting Services, which supports Willow Springs. “Willow Springs is proud to bring its innovative programming to the local community and to continue building meaningful connections.”
The virtual reality initiative is part of Willow Springs’ broader life enrichment programming enabled through Marquis Health Consulting Services’ partnership with Rendever. The technology provides residents with 3D virtual access to global travel, interactive trivia, and musical performances.
Located at 1049 Burnt Tavern Road, Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center was recently named one of America’s Best Nursing Homes 2026 by Newsweek. Additional information regarding the facility’s programs and services is available at willowspringsrehab.com.
