Burtons Grill & Bar has officially announced that its highly anticipated Parsippany restaurant will open this October at District 15Fifteen, marking the brand’s historic debut in New Jersey.
Located at 1525 Route 10, the new 7,400-square-foot destination will bring Burtons’ signature scratch-made American classics and allergen-conscious dining to the Garden State, creating approximately 125 local jobs.
Restaurant features and design
Designed for everything from casual lunches to milestone celebrations, the modern yet timeless space accommodates up to 243 guests and features:
- A Standout 30-Seat Bar: Serving a curated selection of wines, craft beers, creative cocktails, and handcrafted mocktails.
- Private Dining: A dedicated private dining room with AV capabilities seating up to 46 guests.
- Al Fresco Dining: A spacious 64-seat outdoor patio complete with ceiling fans, lighting, overhead heaters, and comfortable lounge seating.
- Atmosphere: Accented throughout with Audubon-inspired murals and lush greenery.
Known for its scratch-kitchen approach using fresh, wholesome ingredients, Burtons offers an all-day menu featuring popular items such as:
- Crab-Crusted Haddock with herbed jasmine rice and lemon butter sauce
- Superfood Salad with quinoa, avocado, feta, and lemon vinaigrette
- The Maxx Burger featuring Allen Brothers angus beef and special sauce
- Classic Lobster Roll (served warm with seasoned butter or chilled with aioli)
- Mediterranean Chicken Risotto
- A renowned, gluten-free Seven-Layer Chocolate Cake
Burtons is widely recognized for its ability to accommodate food allergies and dietary preferences, offering an extensive, dedicated gluten-free menu.
