Avis, the Parsippany-based car rental company, is expanding its luxury, concierge-level service to London Heathrow and Paris Charles de Gaulle airports.
Avis First service includes coordinated delivery at arrival and drop off at departure, a selection of current model-year vehicles, concierge support throughout the rental, and booking and coordination through the Avis mobile app. Launched in July 2025, it’s now available at more than 30 airport and city locations across North America and Europe.
“First class shouldn’t end at the gate,” said Brian Choi, CEO of Avis Budget Group. “Bringing that experience to Heathrow and Charles de Gaulle is another step in redefining what customers should expect from a premium car rental.”
Avis plans to continue expanding Avis First to additional international airports and metropolitan markets across North America, Europe and Australasia.
