Commercial law firm Archer & Greiner, P.C. has announced that Michael McCutcheon has joined the firm as an associate within its Business Litigation Practice Group. Operating out of Archer’s Voorhees, New Jersey office, McCutcheon brings extensive background experience in high-stakes corporate governance and commercial dispute resolution.
In his new role, McCutcheon will represent corporations, stakeholders, and business clients across a broad spectrum of complex legal matters. His practice core emphasizes:
- Corporate governance disputes and shareholder rights
- Breaches of fiduciary duty
- Business torts and complex commercial disagreements
McCutcheon joins Archer with a strong litigation background gained from a Pennsylvania law firm, where he heavily focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) litigation, corporate governance disputes, and prosecuting complex class and representative actions involving major international public corporations to achieve substantial client recoveries.
A graduate of Rutgers Law School, McCutcheon earned his law degree cum laude alongside a certificate in corporate and business law. During his legal studies, he deepened his familiarity with New Jersey’s court system by serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Donald J. Stein in the General Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
