A 5,200-square-foot commercial space at 968 Shrewsbury Ave. in Tinton Falls has been successfully leased by J&S Flooring. The transaction was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Senior Vice President Jonathan Gross.
The single-story multi-tenant property sits along the high-traffic Shrewsbury Avenue commercial corridor in Monmouth County, providing optimal logistics infrastructure with swift connectivity to major regional thoroughfares, including the Garden State Parkway and Route 35.
J&S Flooring will utilize the facility to anchor and support its growing commercial and residential flooring installation operations across the region.
