The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. announced the $2.9 million sale of a 7,000-square-foot industrial warehouse located at 150 West First Avenue in Roselle.
Steve Bussel, President of BRC, represented the seller, West First Roselle, LLC, while the Metz Industrial Group represented the buyer, RCG Realty LLC.
The acquisition was executed as part of RCG Realty’s tax-deferred 1031 exchange. The move followed the successful disposition of RCG Realty’s 4.8-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property at 1200 Springfield Road in Union—a transaction also managed by MIG. By identifying a qualified replacement property, the Metz Industrial Group helped the buyer seamlessly reinvest capital proceeds.
The transaction was spearheaded by the MIG team, led by Principal Jordan Metz, alongside Senior Associate Benito Abbate and Sales Associate James Friel.
