Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ) successfully completed a multi-asset real estate strategy, orchestrating four distinct property transactions across industrial, retail, and office sectors for a single long-time client.
Spearheaded by Principal Brian Wilson, the campaign spans several high-performing Northern New Jersey corridors, demonstrating the firm’s comprehensive commercial real estate capabilities across multiple asset classes.
To support the client’s growing operational footprint, RRNNJ initially secured a 23,000-square-foot industrial lease at 123 Lehigh Drive in Fairfield. The firm followed up with a subsequent expansion to achieve full occupancy of the 40,000-square-foot building, bolstering logistics operations within Essex County.
Between the initial industrial lease and its expansion, Wilson served as the buyer’s representative for the retail acquisition of a freestanding 14,000-square-foot former health-food store located at 29 Route 23 South in Wayne, positioned directly adjacent to the Willowbrook Mall.
Rounding out the four-part strategy, RRNNJ finalized a corporate office lease at 30 Galesi Drive in Wayne. Situated at the convergence of Interstate 80 and U.S. Routes 46 and 23, the 46,000-square-foot multi-tenant facility features a newly renovated lobby, high ceilings, and access to a regional labor pool exceeding 500,000 residents across Passaic, Essex, and Bergen counties.
“Executing a multi-asset strategy across industrial, retail and office product types requires a deep understanding of how different asset classes perform within specific suburban submarkets,” Wilson said. “Whether expanding an industrial footprint, capitalizing on retail strength along Route 3 or securing high-utility office space at 30 Galesi Drive, our focus is always on positioning our clients’ real estate to match their long-term growth and capital goals.”
