RJ Brunelli & Co., a fixture in the Northeast retail real estate sector, announced a major expansion of its service capabilities today by forming a strategic brokerage alliance with industry veteran Nancy Mozzachio.
The partnership, based out of the firm’s Old Bridge headquarters, aims to significantly bolster RJ Brunelli’s landlord representation platform across Southern New Jersey and the Pennsylvania markets.
Mozzachio, a powerhouse with over 30 years of experience in retail leasing, redevelopment, and operations, joins the team as a Senior Consulting Broker. Her career includes a notable 13-year tenure at Cedar Realty Trust, where she served as Chief Operating Officer, managing a vast portfolio of 178 retail and mixed-use properties spanning 20 million square feet across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

In addition to the brokerage alliance, RJ Brunelli has entered into a strategic relationship with Sine Qua Non Real Estate Advisors, the Washington Township, N.J.-based firm founded by Mozzachio in 2017. This collaboration allows RJ Brunelli to offer an expanded suite of services to its landlord clients, ranging from site development and municipal economic consulting to property operations and lease management.
For municipal and developer clients, the new partnership offers a deep bench of expertise in navigating zoning boards, identifying economic incentives, and streamlining property management and tenant coordination processes.
