Service provider RIS Solutions LLC has officially signed a lease for a 2,242-square-foot office and warehouse suite located at 216 Route 206 in Hillsborough.
The commercial transaction was brokered by Jonathan Glick, Executive Vice President of Sheldon Gross Realty, who represented the property owner. The tenant, RIS Solutions LLC, was represented by Kayla Deluccia of the Deluccia Commercial Group.
The new location, designated as Suite 16, provides a flexible layout that accommodates both office operations and commercial warehousing and storage options.
The property’s proximity to major transit corridors is a primary draw for businesses looking to scale in the region. Situated less than four miles from the intersection of Route 287, Route 202, and Route 28, the location offers a 30-minute commute to both Princeton and Morristown.
