The Aesthetic Digital Solutions dental lab has leased a 2,515-square-foot suite in a two-story office building in Watchung, bringing the property to full occupancy. The deal for the space at 688 Somerset Street was brokered by Joshua Glussky, a corporate sales representative with Sheldon Gross Realty.
According to Glus sky, the location’s features make it an ideal fit for a medical tenant. “For any medical practice considering a new location, the first priority is the space – and this particular suite was a perfect fit,” he said. He also highlighted the building’s easy access, as it’s located near Route 22 and Route 78, and offers ample parking.
Aesthetic Digital Solutions provides advanced dental offerings, including implants, digital designs, and cosmetics. The company’s new office is in a building that also houses a dentist’s office, which creates a natural synergy between the two businesses.
Sheldon Gross Realty, founded in 1962, specializes in a broad range of services, including office, industrial, and retail brokerage, as well as property management. The firm is known for its high success rate in leasing and selling properties.
