Smolin Lupin, a certified public accounting and financial services firm, has officially opened its new 20,000-square-foot headquarters at 10 Waterview Blvd. in Parsippany. The move, which marks a significant milestone for the firm, was arranged by Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ).
Smolin Lupin relocated from nearby Fairfield, where it had been for 24 years.
The new office is located within the Waterview Corporate Centre, a campus offering a range of amenities designed to foster innovation and collaboration. The building features a three-story glass and granite atrium, a full-service café, a fitness center, and a tenant lounge.
Tom Consiglio, principal and founder of RRNNJ, who handled the lease with firm Principal Scott Peck, stated that the move is a strategic investment in Smolin’s future. “This new space provides a dynamic, amenity-rich environment that aligns with their culture of innovation and collaboration, making it the perfect home to attract and retain top talent for years to come,” he said.
The location is also highly convenient, with easy access to major highways like Route 202, I-80, and I-287. It is also within an eight-minute walk of various dining and retail options, including Shake Shack and a new Whole Foods Market.
Smolin Lupin’s new, state-of-the-art office space is equipped with advanced technology and designed to create a collaborative and inspiring environment for its employees. Tracey Kasper of Kasper Collaborative LLC served as the project manager for the new office, ensuring the design and build-out met the firm’s vision.
The move solidifies Smolin’s commitment to growth and innovation as it continues to provide professional financial and accounting services to its clients.
