Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen, the fast-casual Mexican concept known for its vibrant, made-fresh-daily menu, has officially opened its newest location at 812 Bergen Town Center, Space E-2B in Paramus. The new outpost, which opened on Oct. 30, marks the brand’s expansion into Bergen County and is designed to serve the area’s busy families and shoppers.
Tacoria is set to celebrate its grand opening with a Community Day and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Nov. 7. Local leaders and first responders will be honored guests at the event.
To kick off the celebration, the first 100 guests at the Paramus location on Community Day will receive a free Burrito Box, a limited-edition t-shirt, and other branded merchandise. Additionally, guests who download the Tacoria app at the counter will be rewarded with free Chips & Guac on their next order, encouraging repeat visits.
Located in the popular Bergen Town Center—which houses retailers like Whole Foods, Target, and REI—the new restaurant brings more than 20 full- and part-time jobs to the area.
Tacoria’s menu features fresh, made-from-scratch street food, including house-made salsas and a wide array of vegetarian and vegan options. Signature items include:
- Golden Avocado Taco
- Handcrafted Tacos and Burrito Boxes
- Mexican Street Corn
- Nutella Nachos
- Rotating Agua Frescas (such as Hibiscus and Pineapple Mint)
Tacoria emphasizes a strong commitment to community involvement. The company maintains a standing 50% discount for all first responders every day.
The brand has also established a reputation for community givebacks, having donated over 100,000 tacos to New Jersey community members over the past two years.
“Paramus is an exciting community for us because Bergen Town Center is such a vibrant hub for families, shoppers, and food lovers,” Vishal Patel, co-founder of Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen said. “We’re thrilled to share our food and mission with North Jersey and look forward to building meaningful connections, one taco at a time.”
Tacoria is planning further expansion in 2026, with new locations slated for Summit, Freehold and Somerville.
