Rochelle Park-based Malas Development said it is ready to unveil the five-star recreation and social amenities at the six-story building that will complete the active lifestyle at community which has quickly surpassed 60% leased.
Highlighting the much-anticipated outdoor amenities at the property is a landscaped courtyard, which includes a swimming pool, sundeck, private kitchens, BBQ and dining areas, fire pits and dog run.
The desired outdoor spaces join a myriad of contemporary indoor amenities already available to residents at the fast-leasing building.
