Vislink Technologies has recently reached a partnership with Grass Valley and Acromove to debut a flexible new end-to-end live production solution powered by private 5G, the Mount Olive-based company announced Tuesday.
The partnership will be officially unveiled at the upcoming IBC trade show.
The new system connects Grass Valley’s cameras with a Vislink wireless camera transmitter and Acromove’s private 5G network. This combination is designed to create a seamless, secure, and cost-efficient workflow for broadcasters. It allows for faster production times and greater operational flexibility by reducing the need for large on-site crews and traditional infrastructure like satellite trucks.
With quick deployment times, low latency, and resilience against public network congestion, the private 5G backbone ensures deterministic performance under the most demanding conditions. Built with security at its core, it offers SIM-based access control, fully isolated private spectrum, and encrypted links to safeguard content and control signals.
Vislink CEO Mickey Miller explained the revolution.

Grass Valley Product Manager Paul de Bresser simplified the partnership.
“By combining Grass Valley’s camera and production expertise with Acromove’s private 5G and Vislink’s network technology, we’re enabling workflows that were previously only possible with large-scale, fixed infrastructure,” he said.
