‘Navigating the Transition of Your Business with Purpose + Precision’ event in Florham Park aims to assist high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals

Looking to sell your business, but don’t know how? Premier Path Wealth Partners, a wealth advisory group based in Florham Park, is hosting a seminar, “Navigating the Transition of Your Business with Purpose + Precision,” on Sept. 30 at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park.

The seminar is designed for high- and ultra-high-net-worth business owners preparing for the complexities of a business transition. Attendees will gain insights not just into the financial aspects, but also the strategic, emotional and family dynamics that can define the success of a transition and long-term legacy.

The event, which starts at 5:30 p.m., is free (register here) and will include a networking reception and a panel discussion moderated by Michael Lehman, CEO of Premier Path Wealth Partners, that will feature:

  • Scott Mashuda, investment banker, REAG: A mergers & acquisitions strategist with 20-plus years of deal-making experience, he is a recognized leader, educator and active community contributor.
  • Richard Orlando, founder, Legacy Capitals: His firm guides high- and ultra-high-net-worth families and advisers in multigenerational planning, blending finance, family dynamics and coaching.
  • Marc Celentana: He is a consulting psychologist partnering with leaders, teams and organizations to drive growth through assessments, development and mentoring.

A Q&A session will follow.

Lehman said the event is intended to show all aspects of the sale of a business.
